Thrice
đ¯ What is Thrice?
Thrice is the daily pub-quiz game from Geeks Who Drink, the same trivia outfit behind bar-trivia nights across the US. Each day the puzzle drops five rounds of trivia â one round per category â and each round has three questions that share the same answer.
The format rewards players who can spot the connection between questions. Each round scores out of three points (3 for a first-try answer, 2 for second, 1 for third) and the daily total maxes out at 15.
đĄ How to Play Thrice
- Open thrice.geekswhodrink.com to see today's first question and the category banner.
- Read the question and type your answer into the input. Thrice accepts free-text answers and tolerates most common spelling variants.
- Submit to lock in your answer. Correct answers score 3 points and unlock the next question; wrong answers move you to the next clue.
- After three questions in the same round, the answers are revealed â and you'll usually notice they share a common theme.
- Move through five rounds (one per category). The categories rotate through pop culture, sports, geography, history, science, and current events.
- Solve as many as you can for a daily max of 15 points. The leaderboard tracks your score and your streak.
đ Tips for Playing
- Start with a broad guess to gather as much information as possible
- Pay attention to every piece of feedback â even small details matter
- Think about what's unique or distinctive about the clues you've received
- Practice daily to build your pattern recognition skills
- Share your results with friends to compare strategies
