🎯 What is Songdle?

Songdle is a daily song guessing game where you identify today's mystery track from a single short audio clip. Each day a new song drops, and the same puzzle is served to every player worldwide — so you can compare notes with friends after the daily reveal without coordinating time zones.

The site draws from a wide cross-genre pool: pop hits, hip-hop, rock, country, K-pop, and older classics. Each wrong guess unlocks a longer snippet, from a one-second intro up to a full chorus-length clip, and you have a fixed number of attempts to name the song and its artist.

Open songdle.com and hit Play. The first snippet — usually one or two seconds — starts immediately.
Type the song title or the artist's name into the guess box and submit. Suggestions appear as you type to help with spelling.
If you miss, the next snippet unlocks automatically. Each wrong guess extends the clip — usually doubling the length — until you reach the full chorus.
Listen for the intro, the first line of the verse, or a signature riff. The shortest snippets are designed to be recognizable from a single instrument or vocal hook.
Solve the puzzle within the attempt limit (usually six to ten guesses) and a shareable emoji grid appears with your score.
