đ¯ What is Bandle?
Bandle is the daily music guessing game that flips Heardle on its head â instead of guessing the song, you have to name every instrument in the song from solo audio clips. Each day the site picks a single track and reveals its instruments one by one: bass, drums, guitar, keys, vocals, plus whatever else the arrangement includes.
It started as a Heardle clone and evolved into its own format where the puzzle isn't the song itself but the layers underneath. The track pool spans pop, rock, hip-hop, electronic, and indie, and each day serves the same mystery to every player worldwide.
đĄ How to Play Bandle
- Open bandle.app and hit Play. The first instrument â usually the easiest to identify, often a drum beat or bassline â plays on its own.
- Type the name of the instrument into the guess box and submit. Suggestions cover the standard palette: bass, drums, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, piano, synthesizer, vocals, strings, brass, and more.
- Submit to lock in your guess. Correct instruments turn green and stay visible; wrong guesses unlock the next instrument in the arrangement.
- Listen for timbre and frequency range. A low-end thump is usually bass; a clipped snare hit is usually drums; a sustained pad is usually synth or keys.
- Use the audio playback to replay each instrument as many times as you need. Most puzzles run somewhere between four and seven instruments.
- Solve the day by naming the entire arrangement. A shareable emoji grid shows how many instruments you got on the first try vs. after wrong guesses.
