🎯 What is Primel?

Primel is the daily prime-number guessing game from primel.io. Each day the puzzle picks a hidden 5-digit prime number and asks you to identify it in six guesses. Each guess must be a valid 5-digit prime, and the cells color green (correct digit in the right place), yellow (correct digit in the wrong place), or black (digit not in the prime).

The site uses a curated database of 8,363 five-digit primes (every prime between 10,000 and 99,999) and supports multiple languages (English, German, Spanish). The puzzle is closer to a number-theory Wordle than to a math game — the prime requirement alone eliminates 90% of the 5-digit number space.

Type a 5-digit prime number into the first slot. The site accepts any prime between 10,007 and 99,991.
Submit your guess. Green tiles mean the digit is correct and in the right position; yellow tiles mean it's in the prime but in a different position; black tiles mean it isn't in the prime at all.
Use the colored feedback to build your next guess. Lock in green digits, swap yellow digits to new positions, and stop using black digits.
Try to cover a wide range of digits in your opening guesses. A guess with all unique digits (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) reveals the most information fastest.
Solve the prime in six tries or fewer. A shareable emoji grid appears with your daily result, and the site tracks your streak and prime-database stats.
