đ¯ What is Angle?
Angle is the daily angle-estimation game from angle.wtf. Each day the puzzle drops a real photo with two lines drawn on it and asks you to guess the angle between them. Your guess is scored by absolute distance from the true answer â within 1 degree is a perfect score, within 5 degrees is excellent, and within 15 degrees is still a comfortable win.
The pool spans everyday scenes â buildings, shadows, faces, objects â and the lines are drawn at natural angles (roof slopes, shadow edges, the corner of a book). It's a small but surprisingly tricky format that rewards visual intuition.
đĄ How to Play Angle
- Open angle.wtf to see today's photograph with two colored lines drawn on it and the prompt to enter the angle between them.
- Estimate the angle visually. Look for known reference points â a right angle is 90°, a flat line is 0° or 180°, an equilateral triangle's apex is 60°.
- Type your guess into the input. The site accepts any whole number from 1 to 180.
- Submit your guess. Angle reveals the true angle and your error margin â within 1° is a perfect score, within 5° is excellent, and the further off you are the worse you score.
- Use the visual cues. Shadows, building edges, and the geometry of objects in the frame are usually close enough to known angles to estimate.
- Solve within the attempt limit (usually two guesses) and a shareable score card appears. Streaks save to your browser.
