🎯 What is Squaredle?

Squaredle is the daily word-search puzzle from squaredle.app. Each day the puzzle drops a grid of letters — usually 4×4 or larger — and asks you to find every valid English word hidden inside by connecting adjacent letters (including diagonally).

The format is closer to a word-search than to Wordle. Each letter can only be used once per word, and squares fade out once you've found every word that uses them. The puzzle tracks your score based on the number of words found and the time you spent, with a global leaderboard for daily competition.

💡 How to Play Squaredle

Open squaredle.app to see today's letter grid and the daily countdown.
Drag across adjacent letters (including diagonally) to form a word. Each cell can be used only once per word.
Submit the word. Valid words appear in your word list and the squares fade slightly; invalid words just don't register.
Rotate the grid using the rotate icon if you're stuck — sometimes a different angle reveals a word you couldn't see head-on.
Longer words score more points. Reach the first star and the tiles start showing how many words start with each letter; the second star reveals how many words use each tile; the third star unlocks hints in the word list.
Clear the board by finding every required word. The site tracks your daily score, streak, and average. Bonus words (archaic, slang, or non-American English) don't count toward your score but do appear on the leaderboard.
