🎯 What is Dotadle?

Dotadle is the daily Dota 2 hero guessing game from dotadle.net. Each day the puzzle picks one of the 120+ Dota 2 heroes — from Abaddon to Zeus, including every Aghanim's Lab and Arcane addition — and asks you to identify them inside eight guesses using attribute feedback.

The game uses a Wordle-style attribute grid tuned to Dota 2: primary attribute (Strength, Agility, Intelligence), attack type (Melee vs Ranged), faction (Radiant, Dire, both), release year, base health, base mana, base armor, and base attack damage. Green-yellow-red feedback tells you how close each cell is, and arrows on ordered columns help you triangulate.

Open dotadle.net to see today's empty hero grid and the daily countdown.
Type any Dota 2 hero name into the search box. Suggestions cover the full roster of 120+ heroes, including Aghanim's Lab and Arcane additions.
Submit your guess to fill in the attribute row. Green = exact match, Yellow = partial overlap (for example, two heroes from the same faction), Red = no match. Ordered columns like release year, base health, and base damage add ↑ / ↓ arrows.
Use the colored feedback to triangulate. A green cell on primary attribute usually cuts the pool in half; a green cell on faction narrows it further.
Pay attention to attack type. Melee vs Ranged combined with primary attribute is usually enough to identify most heroes within three guesses.
Solve the hero within 8 guesses and a shareable emoji grid appears. Streaks save to your browser.
